They offer:
- BBQ area: up to 60 people
Tables, BBQ, utensils, serving dishes, cutlery
Hire must provide – all consumables, including plates, napkins etc - Bay View Lounge: up to 150 people
Tables, chairs, cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, serving dishes, ovens, refrigeration (full kitchen facilities)
(additional cost) table cloths, bar service.
Cost and limitations: cost is per function based on hirers requirements. Quotes given on request.
St Pius X School
School and St Pius X church have booking priority but if free, is available for hire. Trestle tables, chairs and kitchen facilities are available.

Cost depends on the hire purpose and length of time required.
St Timothy's Church, 18 Te Pene Avenue, Titahi Bay
It has a fully functioning kitchen, around 20 trestle tables, chairs (seating up to 120).

Tireti Hall, corner of Tireti Road and Te Pene Avenue, Titahi Bay.
The main hall area is for hire and holds 100 people. The hall had an interior refurbishment late 2023 and has a new kitchen as well as accessible bathroom facilities.
